An RM 11-03 ntpt. Will never buy because the $6000service every two to three years would bug me too much.

Glacier Blue DD. Don't own it. Just not rich enough to afford it. Many other uses for that kind of money in my life right now.

Good question.
I have fallen in love with many, many watches over my lifetime. I don't think I could pick a favorite. Some I have fallen in love with, like the Speedmaster or Sub LV, I just didn't like how they wore on the wrist, so no, I don't own them. I don't collect watches to store in a safe and take them out from time to time to gaze at them. I wear my watches. Which lets out vintage for me as well. Love the 1655 and the PN Daytona, but would never own them. Some like the TT bluesy or GMT2c (which was my first 6 digit watch), I have moved on the 18k versions. But I still love them. But pick a favorite? No way. I probably would do well to narrow it down to a top 10. |

What is your favorite watch of all time? And do you own it?
My favorite is a Rolex Sub, and I’m wearing it now, but I probably like the Daytona Ceramic White dial just as much. I doubt I’ll be getting one of those any time soon though...

My 116610LN, the absolute perfect tool watch. Before I was a multiple watch collector, after bought the SubC Date the hungry stop!

Sometimes I wonder if one day I’ll have a change of heart from wanting to add more pieces to winding down/consolidating my watch collection, or if circumstance comes where I have to sell all but one, which one would come out as the keeper. The answer so far seems to come back to this. So I think it’s my favorite. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Rolex : Daytona C black dial. Had it and sold it... perfect watch; style, fit, function ... just not legible for me.
Sub no date is also a perfect watch and I expect it will be in my small collection forever, but in truth it is just not quite as sexy as the Daytona. Patek: there are a few, they mostly land in the 300k and up range ... I do not own them. 5950A, 3670A, 5370P come to mind.
