New AP club member, kind of long
I joined today having received my pre-owned AP 14800ST.00.D009XX.01. It's a Royal Oak, stainless steel, black dial, 36 mm, date, with new AP black alligator strap with an AP folding buckle. Cal 2225. What is really unique are the service documents, in French, that accompanied the watch along with certificate of origin. Missing only the original service warranty card, removed. The original owner was a Frenchman who purchased it in 1995 in Paris. He had it in for service on two occasions, the last in 2012. The papers talk about a black strap replacement. Same strap and never worn? I have the original box and cushion insert, both in excellent shape. With a pre-owned watch I find it's interesting if any past documentation is included. How did it get to an AP dealer in the USA, I have no idea. The watch condition is almost mint, running to factory specs.

Are you going to give us all that context and no picture?
