Just back home again>>>

From a complete movement service at Panerai. New mainsprings and hands. No polish or crystal as I want.

A quick shot.

I believe Panerai always replaces hands at service. At least that what I was told when mine went in for service. I asked them to leave mine original but was told that the way they are attached, often makes it impossible to remove without replacing.

Maybe someone can clarify.

Looking good Jocke

I read somewhere, probably on this forum, that the hands are a tension fit so Panerai always replaces them.

I believe that is the correct term Kevin. Tension or pressure fit
