The silver has retro vibes (if that appeals to you). I love the play between silver and the yellow gold hour markers.

I have the OP41 Turquoise on "order", with a deposit down since initial introduction of the watch. Who knows when it will arrive.

I was offered a black OP41 but passed, as I want this watch specifically for it's dial color. I have plenty of other black-dialed watches.

I've been wanting to see the silver since they were first introduced. I'm not sure why that one caught my eye as it's not really eye catching compared to all the other vibrant colors. I'm not too crazy about the double batons however I wouldn't say their a dealbreaker.

No reason for me to own one when an OP felt very entry level to me when compared to other Rolex Sport watches, but to each their own especially if they loves bright playful colors.

I found the opposite to be true. The OP felt new and updated with the modern case, bracelet, movement and dial finishing. It’s one of the reasons I didn’t get an older professional series. I really like the fully brushed new bracelet that’s more comfortable than the professional series with older clasp designs and polished links. I really like that it’s thin and has the modern case and lugs too compared to the 2000s super case with thinner bracelet design. I’m all about thin and comfortable and modern.

Also the OP is the first and most pure sports watch Rolex makes. The professional series take the OP and add 1 or more features to it, usually making it thicker or heavier. Hilary took an OP to Everest not an Explorer. Gleitze wore an O(non perpetual)P swimming the English Channel, not a submariner. The first mil spec Rolex worn by the RAF we’re OPs and inspired the name Air King.

The OP is really the only true sports watch in the lineup. Everything else just has some gimmick added to it and makes it more of a novelty.

The BLRO is going for $24K and that's like $14K over MSRP

So why not the OP too ?? That's only $12K over MSRP

At MSRP, cool watch. Great first Rolex or something to add that doesn’t break the bank. Anything more than that it’s what too much for way too little.

Idk I get more strangers complimenting and asking about my turquoise OP41 in a few months then I ever had with a Pepsi. Good or bad depending on how you look at it....It's just more fun to look at and wear....to each his own though

My wife's OP31 turquoise is lovely. I sold my turquoise after a couple months. It isn't for me. For $5,300 it's a fun watch.

Hoping for an OP41 in green to celebrate my 30th birthday.

Love the dial colours and simple classic style, sports professional models look relatively similar so the OP will add some versatility for me, although I do love professional models.
