I'd guess no based on the poor finishing overall and odd hands. I'm no expert by any means.

I've also seen old Patek movements look like that. I bet it's real! I'm sure someone will come along soon and let us know ;).

I was thinking the same, but not sure how the stem could be relocated to the side. Could just rotate the dial except the sub dial mechanism would be off? Curious.

Hard to say if ex pocket watch, if it's yours great, go to PP they could give you more info, if you want to buy, I wouldn't, but that's me...

Movement looks like a “generic” Patek from the early XX century. Case is probably converted from a smaller pocket watch. Dial appears to be Patek.

It's an enamel Patek dial. Hands could be original PP. No photo of the caseback. Movement is not Patek. Movement would have been signed, even in the early 1900's.
