Help with a couple 16610 case back questions

Thanks for taking a look here.

I want to purchase a spare 16610 case back so I can have it engraved. I've posted an ad here in the wtb section and there are a couple available on eBay now.

My questions are:

I can tell the general condition from the pictures but should I be concerned the threads are in good enough shape to maintain the factory WR?

The only idea I have of current values are the two available on eBay ($448 and $469 shipped). Does this seem high, low, or market pricing?

I appreciate any help.

Considering what a new case back actually costs that is a very very steep price.
Condition definitely matters, so I'd try to source a new sealed one.
