Poll for AP ROO Ceramic offshore - Green or Blue?

Hi guys,

So I have been looking at this 44mm Royal Oak offshore 26400 and I am unsure which one to go for. These are fairly limited in numbers being LE to 400 each, so I am not even sure if I will be able to get hold of one, but need to decide:

BLUE: That's what I would generally get as I absolutely love such loud and bright blue. But then I feel its not a daily kind of colour as its too vivid. Remember this will be my only offshore so I do intend on wearing it often, although it will be addition to collection and not the only watch, but being cermic, it will be used more.

GREEN: I love this green but surely second to blue. But then I think its a bit more subtle and practical watch and can easily be daily or multi-purpose watch. This makes me think the green is a safer option.

I would request the responses to consider versatility, longer lasting, resell value, overall advice on offshore as I havent owned one before.

Photos below are not mine, rather taken from a mate of mine. I dont know if he's here on TRF so cant tag. But thanks mate :)

Go for the green, blue one is little too bright.

I voted green but after googling for pictures Im now leaning towards blue. The blue seem to look amazing outdoors.

I'm actually in a similar position. Started with the blue, then decided on the green and now back to the blue. The blue in particular looks really good on the plain blue rubber strap on the AP website.

My only concern is it appears a bit toyish in some pictures - especially on the camo strap.

Yeah I agree. It’s actually far more eye catchy that it just can’t be missed.

Thank you mate for the extra effort to give best advice :)

I agree blue is very beautiful and the colour is once in a blue moon in the dials. But part of me thinks that green is more everlasting?

So far 8 votes for green, and 6 for blue. Apparently, green looks greener than blue, as per poll results?

I’d get the blue, I’ve just got that camp strap for my platinum 44.

Freudian slip

I'm going to have a look at the camo straps in a couple of weeks too.

OP, I'd go for the blue, the green dial looks muted there, like the new green Aquanaut.

Blue for me. It looks alive as apposed to the dull looking green.

Green for me.
Blue looks amazing and very bright on the pics I´ve seen so far but I think there would be the danger to get tired of this colour at some point.

Blue as it has more of a “pop”; green is too subdued.

Thank you so much all. Blue seems to be a sole winner here in the comments and also in the poll?

I thought it was too funky for liking for many. Now the next struggle is to be able to find one

Pls keep putting out what you think as I’m still thinking.

Blue is too flashy for me, I prefer the subtle look of the green/khaki.

Thank you all for the inputs so far. Please keep it going - as of now, polls suggest in favour of blue, although by a little margin only

Here’s another photo with their overall look - ignore the one in centre - way outside my range.

I’m kinda leaning to green because of its subdued look. The biggest watch I have as of now is 41mm RO so buying 44mm and then on top of that bright blue, may sound like too loud for me. But then again, the flashy blue is absolutely stunning - whether is it timeless as well?

Green I think is timeless because of its subdued shade?

Would be the green for me.

The blue is a touch too bright

That’s exactly my thoughts although I’m loving the blue as well. But it’s probably a tad too bright and I think once could get bored earlier than you’d think. It’s stunning but not sure if it’s timeless.
