I recently picked up the WG Daytona on the bracelet and as part of the trade I used a SS Daytona-C Black Dial. I paid what was a more reasonable Grey price for the SS and did well trading out. I like the look of the OF on the Daytona but for the price I do want a bracelet. At the current place in the market the PM watches are a better value based on msrp than a Grey Market SS Daytona. The wear on the PM is also significantly different in a good way.

That's a beautiful piece and a heavy hitter!!! I love the WG with full bracelet.

I love the SS Panda, but if you can get it for retail then just spend the extra $$$ to obtain the WG Daytona. Although I'm not a big fan of the oysterflex look, reminds me of my Rubber-B strap. Definitely better looking if it had a WG bracelet too, but that would probably make it even more pricier. What's the price difference OP?

Get the WG Daytona if the price difference is only $1700. Has more wrist presence due to its weight and with everybody so fixated on the SS... it’s good to be different and wear a PM

11519 at retail in a heartbeat over the 500 at grey prices.

This to me is a heavier hitter than the wg on OF.

WG is also wider. It doesn’t have that narrow lugs on the right side

I’d rather have the 116500 even at gray because i like the way it looks better. Not going to spend the extra $ just because something is PM - I need to like the way it looks.

OMG... that's marginal! Definitely go for the WG Daytona OF then. Amazing how the SS models have gone up in price.

Exactly... To me, "tool" watch came to mind. Prestigious to own... SMH
