I do not need the added power reserve.....so even though an updated movement is nice, per se......it's a moot point if you don't even utilize the 48 to 72 hour increase.

Doubt anything is going up in price in the foreseeable future

I personally would be shocked if Rolex releases any new models in 2020. Especially with the news of pulling from Basel and the new trade show lunching in April of ‘21.

So, let’s assume Rolex hoards all new models to unveil at the new FHH coordinated trade show. You’re looking at Aug/Sept of 2021 before those pieces trickle in.

Just food for thought.

I have several older 116710 and a 126711 CHNR. I can’t see any difference on the case between them. I think the jubilee adds a stronger visual transition between the lugs and the bracelet and that’s why people think they see a different. Having my older BLRO and the new CHNR next to each other I see the same lug width on both.

Extra power reserve is nice, but really, who cares about it... If the watch is dead when you pick it up, just spend the extra 30 seconds winding it and setting it.

Pick it up amigo and enjoy it!
Totally!

Forgive me for being schtupid...I bought a new DJ41 in early January from a very reputable AD that I had to wait a couple weeks to come in. My crown is 12 o'clock. Is it older?

To the movement issue...not sure I'm sold on the 3235...my watch was keep excellent time (<1 sec lost per 1-2 days) for the first 2 months. Then very suddenly it began to lose 30-40 seconds per day. Currently, it's in service limbo until Rolex service reopens.

Stay healthy and safe to all!!!!!

He's referring to the tiny crown at 6 in between Swiss and Made.

I passed on a sub date last week for similar reasons. And hopeful they release a blue/blue in stainless next year.

Im going to disagree cautiously. I LOVE my green arrow. The ONLY thing I wish it had is a 7 day "charge". I got the watch that I wanted, but it will only stay wound up for 48 hours providing that I don't wear it. Had I waited, I would have gotten the 7 day movement, but it wouldn't be triple black. I don't need any excuse to wear this watch more LOL.

The new movement is 70 hours, not 7 days.
