IWC service problem
My IWC 3538's rubber band is getting aged and might need a new pair but I couldn't find genuine replacements online. The closest AD to me is in St Louis but I'm planning to take it to Tivol in KC to get a quote. Anyone know how much it takes to place the rubber band and how long it will take to get the parts to ship in?

Given you already know Tivol isn’t an IWC AD, why would you ask them?
What makes you think they would be able to purchase the strap from IWC without being an account holder? Just phone Simons Jewlers and ask them the cost and delivery timeframe – or is that too much like common sense? |

I have not had experience with IWC, but I had no issues ordering parts for other brands' watch bands through AD. Find one you like, call them, order and wait.
