Help legit checking Datejust

Hello everyone,

So here's my story so you have the background : last week i bought a 2022 Datejust 41 unworn on chrono24 to a trusted seller, i received the watch then went to the Rolex boutique two days after in my town to compare it side by side to the exact same model.

It appeared that the font of the date in the date window was noticeably bolder than the official ones i compared to side by side, and you could see it naked eye, my girlfriend was with me and also noticed pretty easily. I returned the watch since i really do think it is not legit and ask for a refund (my money is still in chrono24 hands), the seller says the watch is legit and theres nothing wrong with it, but i dont trust him anymore at all..

The watch was returned by my bailiff to be prepared in cas of legal proceedings.

So i would like to have your opinion on this, since my knowledge on luxury watches is kinda limited, and it was my first luxury watch. (already own an Oris Acquis Date but not the same price tag..) below a photo of the watch comparing to a legit one from the Rolex website to illustrate my tellings.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The seller tells me the watch comes straightly from a Rolex AD and nothing is wrong with it.. If you look closely you can see the "8" is a little upper thant the "2" also..

I'd question whether the dial face and date wheel are authentic. May be an authentic movement, but yeah the font doesn't look good.
