Hi Guys, I hope the GTG goes well today. WIS chat is quite thirsty work by all accounts. I'm stuck onboard a bloody big grey Ship for the day (as per usual) and will be with you all in spirit.

Have a great day

Well, that's it, all over like a wedding, so they say.....brilliant doesn't come close....met Chris (GMT Master) before even getting there, he recognised my TRF tee shirt (thanks Mark and Leo once again).....felt like I had known the lads half my life, none of us had met in person before but we all felt the same, it's just a shame more of us were not there.....next year WILL be bigger!....it just cost me an extra 100 Quid to get home as I missed my train by max 30 seconds doors closed so I could not get on....furious.....but it was worth it! will try and post some (hopeless) pictures tomorrow, expect more and higher quality from the other lads (especially Dalip) later trying to post this from my Archos on the train in cattle class so excuse my typing, also missed the prologue tt in the toue de France today to make the get together, that's some sacrifice, first time I have missed it in over 20 years!

I ended up missing my train as well - but the offer of one last drink was too good to turn down, and I'm not really bothered about the extra costs, definitely worth it. Lots of beer, lots of watches, and a hell of a lot of fun, I'm definitely a GTG convert now! I'll post the few pics I have and a proper report tomorrow, when I'm a bit more compus mentis

Thanks again guys, it was a real blast, and an honour to meet all of you

Haha, don't worry about it - as I say, it's been a long day with many, many beers, so I'll write my side of the story tomorrow

I hate black stuff...more of a blonde stuff myself...

1.Budweiser
2.Yuengling
3.Pabst Blue Ribbon
4.Sam Adams
5.Harp
6.Molson
7.Foster's
8.Amstel Light
9.Participation Lager*
10.Corona

* it has a unique flavor with slight fruity undertones. This lager has a bad reputation of being a "girly" beer, but it is strong and tasty enough to satisfy even the manliest of men.
