"Type the link", "no phishing link clicked".

Are you playing around with the scammers link in a PM from them to you?

If not, what do you mean by the words you type?

I open my browser. I manually type the full link to the forum. My ISP blocks the connection attempt

I do not click a link from an email/PM

If you’re referring to Peters post # 27 of this thread, he is stating this whole fiasco is because of users clicking on fake links, phishing links. Sent via PM’s or email. These are not links to the REAL TRF, and have therefore, inadvertently effected access to us, the real TRF!
This site, the real site, has been flagged because of it. We are NOT saying those trying to access the real site now are being blocked because of their own fault, simply the ripple effect of those trying to use the fake links.
I already explained this twice, now a third time. It’s becoming exhaustive
I hope you, and others can see the difference.

The scammers are creating fresh accounts and sending PMs.

The members are clicking weird looking links and then are presented with the opportunity to type in their password to the scammer.

The scammer is then very happy.

Everyone else is not happy.

What we are saying is the site is safe, and being falsely flagged as a unsafe phishing site. This is because of the unsafe fake links that members have been clicking via PM’s and emails, that are capturing the users login details. We can’t stop people from doing that, even given the numerous warnings of such. The real TRF has been (unfairly) connected unfortunately.

Again, we know the site is being blocked, the site is however perfectly safe, and attempts are being made to rectify. This may take some time, as we have no control regarding who decides what for each and every provider. Thank the scammers trying to fool the unsuspecting buyers.
Thank you for the explanation, yes I believe this is accurate and have no issues with this site.

I hope to able to login during the day soon.

just curious... is there an actual way to stop hyperlinks in PM's by disabling the ability. I never ever click them anyway but people do

That has been discussed, although not a permenant fix. There are still bad links being sent to personal email accounts of those who freely offer it in their WTB/FS adverts..

The site was blocked if I am logging in through my wifi connection at home. But no problem whatsoever if I connect by mobile network or wifi elsewhere. Is it possible because I have recently change my home router ?

Can't access forum fr pc

Hi,

I'm not sure why, but I can't seem to access this forum fr my pc nor fr my notebook, tried both chrome and Edge. The only way for me now is via my android phone. I hv my Windows 10 fully updated, cleared cache and history etc. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
It basically says the forum unexpectedly closed the connection.

Thanks and Regards
Bok
