That's a pretty good start. Have you tried putting the camera on a tripod? It would allow for a nice long exposure and decrease the tendency to blur.

I used a tripod and it gives a clearer picture.



















Looks great at night on the nightstand,, I have it facing me.. My GMT ll C does it all..
