Model 6085 question

hello newbie here,
i got a rolex model 6085 (18k yg) with serial number 7939** located on the casing 6'o clock which falls in the production year 1951 based on google..

in my curiosity, i opened it and not sure if it has the right mechanisim/movement (caliber 645) and there are 2 sets of number: F18010 and the inside portion has 15850

i dont know which one is the serial number of the caliber... my question is, does it need to match with the casing serial number?

i dont have the capacity to post photo yet
but hopefully soon..

thanks :)
