I can finally post in this thread!

After many many years of wanting a Reverso Duo, and then having my passion reignited when JLC introduced the TT1931, I finally got one thanks to a great deal with a TRF'er.

Thanks to Mike and Diracpoint for showing me that a grande Reverso looks great on a relatively small wrist like mine.

Congrats! It looks great!

I saw this one posted, and almost went for it; but, I decided to hold off since I just bought my 15400.

It's just a matter of time before I join you.

Thanks, guys! Loving this one even more than I thought I would.

JJ, I noticed that you had the TT1931 and let it go. Thinking of picking up the same piece, or a different variation?

Another shot...

Dave, I'm wanting the duo now. I love having two options, and the dual time function on that watch is so cool. No other brand has anything like it.

If I'm honest with myself, that's the one I truly wanted the first time. But it is a lot easier to find a good priced TT 1931 than a duo in the secondary market.

I wonder if that will remain true as it appears JLC has discontinued the TT1931.

Interesting. They (JLC) still show it on the website.

Looks great DCheeta!! Congrats!!

I really like the duo concept. It is an interesting way to present complications in a clutter-free way. I think JLC used to have a Reverso with a chronograph function on the reverse side.

Try clicking on the TT1931 watch entry itself. You will get

"Page not found

We're sorry but this page no longer exists.
"

However, if I were to buy a Reverso now, I would also seriously consider the Duoface, but maybe the Bleu version.

I agree, it is a cool and unique feature. That's one of the reasons I've been lusting after a Duo for the past 15 years or so.

(Hint: there's one posted in the for sale section right now...)

Thanks! And you're absolutely right - the Gran Sport Chrono had a retrograde chrono on the reverse side. Very cool watch. I was sad when they discontinued the Gran Sport Reversos.

Is there? I saw the Reverso Duo, but it wasn't an ultra-thin version.

Love the blue duo! Depending on what JLC releases in January, this may be my next watch.

It looks like the TT1931 is back on the JLC website so I guess it wasn't discontinued.

I agree. As I mentioned before, if I were to get a Reverso now, I think it would be the UT Duoface Bleu.

A little back and forth

Still one of my favorite watches. You really can't go wrong with a Reverso.

Very nice! I have the same watch and love it. It is amazing how many useful complications JLC packed in that small case!

What is your opinion on the JLC bracelet?

What is your opinion on the JLC bracelet?

Mine came on a leather strap and the bracelet was added about two years ago. It is very comfortable and I have not thought about changing it back until this thread! We will see if I am willing to change back, I really do like the bracelet. It makes it a little more sporty.
