I never knew there was a blue variant to this watch, I like it.
It's in the black in the stores but I was surprised at the price. Seems a little up there for an Oris. Then again, I haven't bought an Oris in about 10 years. |

I saw and tried on the black.
It is insanely comfortable. Might be the most comfortable watch I've ever worn.

Nice looking watch. The one thing that bothers me is the font for 12, 3, 6, and 9. Otherwise I like the washed out faded look of the blue

That Oyster bracelet looks right at home. Oris has a few interesting references lately.
Well done, Panos! dP

Since the 78790A oyster is a perfect fit to the 65, so will be and the jubilee 62510H with the 502T end links. We 'll see if it looks also ok in a few days that i'll put it on. |

At first, I preferred the look of the black dial, but that blue in pics is looking great! I think I prefer that one now.

I officially ordered my Oris bracelet yesterday - should be here by the end of next week! Hope it fits well.

Oris Divers Sixty-Five Blue?
Posted an update on the WUS Oris forum but thought I'd post here too. Mounted the '65 bracelet. It's made well and really changed the feel of this watch. The only gripe I have is the friction pin/collar set up for the removable links: they are REALLY tight and not easy to remove. Other than that, when set up, the watch feels great and is an amazing bargain IMO. It has some of the character of a vintage Sub yet is an original Oris design and unique.

Ok that's it, I'm going to find the nearest Oris dealer to look at the blue, hopefully they have one with a bracelet.
