New Teenager

When did my sweet little boy turn into this moody, sullen eructating, flatulating creature ??????

I feel like Victor Frankenstein

Thank goodness this should only last about a decade

Hang in there. Part of the plan. He will become human again just in time to break your heart when he leaves for college.

My boys are still young...and I’m reminding myself to cherish every day with them before they hit their teens! I’m in awe of those of you who are and who have been parents of teenagers

Welcome to the club

Our daughter is 13 going on 17. Teenagers certainly have their moments, but it’s also pretty cool to see them maturing into adulthood.

God gave us teenagers so we would be okay setting them free.

Teenagers are the reason I never had kids.

I was a terror.

And I believe in karma.

Me too!
Older siblings had to watch me if they misbehaved, when I was little
Straightened them right out.

Was shot out of a cannon in my teen years

Now I’ve got two more teenagers as of March 2020 (twins)

But I love them all to pieces

15 and an 18 year old. I forgot how damn smart I was at that age. Our boys remind me of that daily.

Great post! I along with many millions of parents can relate!

I have a 14 and 16 year old, both girls. I feel your pain and amplified X4 every month during their “red moon” time! Well, its more like pre moon, moon, post moon so about 3 weeks of hormonal crazy a month.

And my wife asks me why I travel so much lately for work!

They grow up so fast we will all miss it when they are out in their own one day.

A happy Frankenstein... hmmm.
a sheltered life.
I'd clue him in on the truth of the Mary Shelly tortured soul.
