They’re lying to you about how many they’ve received. Of course allocation is determined by volume but any dealer in good standing is getting some.

Rolex does not communicate production numbers with anyone, including ADs. Tell your AD to stop blowing hot air

because they have seen four, five or six presentations of the BLRO in the forum does not mean that they are serving in quantities, surely there are more than 1000 people targeted only in the US and they will not receive them.

One thing is for sure is the increase of wishful thinking by non BLNR/BLRO owners, economy is going to crash and they will all drop below retail within the next 2 years, or Rolex is increasing production and they expect them to drop within the next year. I’ve seen far more wishful thinking being posted than I have seen evidence of 2 aforementioned points.

My AD said he has gotten a few over the last year, same for green sub. The SS Dayton is the only one he says he still is only getting 1-2 a year in each color.

The aftermarket is going to crash quickly on these, especially if the global economy stagnates.

This is great news for everyone who bought one to enjoy! Bad news for the “investors,” to whom I say good ridens.

The “crash” has been quoted for the last few years often on here.

Glad I just bought mine and got on with enjoying it

Don't forget the bezel due the red is hard to right and many do not make it on watches. This coupled with the two new WG models which use the same bezel to me suggests they will strive to get out the PMs where the profit is.

Thanks for the shout out! I’ve noticed what feels like more gmt incomings over the past couple weeks here, but who knows. Time will tell.

Until then, I’m sticking with my hypothesis

I have to assume one of these ADs is the AD I work with.... if true, the store staff including managers rarely see the hot SS Rolex. Some deliveries occur outside of store and in-store deliveries are by apt.

The line about $800k could be both true and false. Maybe they don’t like said customer so he's not getting one. Others get in far easier I’m sure

Last year the BLNO was given to like a rolex store owner in the Middle East was really exciting.

This year the build up into deliveries for the BLNR is kind of meh

Visited my SA a few days ago, he told me their official list for the BLRO was nearing its end. I asked him what would happen when it does. He said new arrivals would rotate amongst the SA's who would then run through their personal client list to find a buyer.
They would not be put out in the case and he would not offer it anyone he didn't know already.

So demand is about to drop... and they will artificially prop it up by creating the appearance of demand

Curious what that looks like for the DayC white

That is not what I said. Their original list was around 40ish. Many people still want one but they froze their list. I guess you could say VIP lite customers now have a chance but none for the general public in the foreseeable future.

I was in a Boston AD this week, and they said they have seen 3 SS BLRO since the release of Baselworld 2018.

I was wearing my SS BLRO so no need for them to fabricate any details.
