Tudor snowflake insert fit a 1680 red ?

Hi all, can someone tell me if an insert from a late 60's Tudor snowflake fit in the bezel of a 1972 1680 red?

Yes. All inserts for 40mm plastic subs will fit any 40mm plastic sub.
