I bought this new at an AD several years ago. Only worn very occasionally, it has zero scratches on the crystal, bezel, hard to see hairline on one corner of the case that I could not see in pictures, and minor hairlines on the caseback. It has not been polished or touched up. It is basically mint, but I will call it near mint to be conservative. The clasp has had a protective film since new so there are minimal to nil desk diving marks on that too.

It comes with everything that came with it originally (cards, cool springloaded box, manual, etc). It is sized for about 7" but comes with all the links. I may need to reinstall the links so it large enough to snap around the cushion for transport. Runs to COSC specs.
