Accidentally bought a Swiss replica Rolex ...
... just kidding. But how do you know that you are getting he real thing when buying second hand? Some of the cloned Rolex watches are supposed to be so good that even a jeweler is fooled. Is there still a good way for all of these resellers to ensure they are buying and selling authentic watches? I'm considering buying another sub, but I'm a bit worried about it.

Buy the seller... it’s not likely you’ll run into someone trying to screw you over in person. If you have doubts, meet at an AD or avoid a private sale entirely.
Most replicas are intentionally marketed towards buyers looking for them or bait and switch victims online (eBay). |
