When did Issue #6 come out? Anybody know?

Rolex Magazine issue 7?

One would think issue #7 would focus on the GMT but I hear the cover will be a ladies datejust with a pink dial. I hope this is not true but if it is, you heard it here and I’ll take a copy of issue #1 for the inside scoop.

I picked up issue 6 a couple of months ago from my AD (UK), don't think they've been out that long over here.

My AD assures me that the magazines will be published just annually.

I hear there are counterfeits being printed in China by the truckload that are too good to be distinguished from the real thing by anyone except the experts at Rolex, so it's probably advisable to take/send them to an RSC for authentication.

The only one I have is the Yachtmaster one, and the only one I want is the Daytona one. Doubtful I know, but if anyone wants to trade, let me know!

Whoo hoo!!!

Hopefully this "fact" will decrease the number of threads about this marketing dreck!!!

But then again, people will be searching for their favorite issue with a puff piece on some sporto "ambassador" who is the subject of the member's man crush.

Never mind.

Well, so are mechanical watches like Rolex, but it's more for the art/tactile feel than anything.

With that said, I'd be happy with a downloadable PDF/eBook version of the remaining models that have not been covered yet.

I'm half tempted to take one of the issues I have an extra of, tearing the corner slightly and then sending it via FedEx with a detailed letter stating how this was an "heirloom passed down by my grandfather" and how "it means a lot to me" then requesting a quote for a Full Service and Repair just to see what their response would be.

I got the YM2 first and than the issue that came after, the Submariner, the ironic part is that I ended up getting a YM2 gold and a green 50th anniversary after. This was not planed.

Rolex Magazine being discontinued

I was told by my AD that they are getting the new one next week, but they tell me lots of things that don’t happen

Just saw issue 1 for sale on eBay, £149.99! The world has gone mad

That has got to be the most boring cover of the series yet. It's like they said "Ah screw it. Better put one out before the peons get unruly".

Not much point if they've stopped making watches.

I agree with others the cover seems a bit boring, and it does appear to be dedicated to the Womens models (from the articles listed).

I will try to see if the ADs here in Toronto, have it. Another one to add to the collection
