1680 help please

Hi everyone: I would be grateful for any / all thoughts and observations on this 1680 for sale locally. It’s the only pictures I have. Seller says 1979. Dial thoughts?

The bezel insert is later, it has metal around the luminous pip. Looks fine otherwise.

Need better pics but imho the hands (hour esp) almost look luminova. Again, can't be sure, just something to be aware of...
