Seiko Electra- is this real ?

Hi all... was hoping someone - or Adam- can tell me if this is real and if so, any info you might know about it. It was my friend’s dad, who was murdered in the 1980s, and her mom was going through a shoebox w a few of his old things. If it’s real, I was going to try to help her restore it. She said when she winds it, it starts running. But I’ve never seen anything like this and there are no numbers anywhere on the case. Here are some pics:

Thanks Adam... I had a feeling it wasn’t and limited info on google seemed to support that but I figured I’d ask the experts before breaking it to my friend. Appreciate the quick response.

Anything is faked when someone is trying to make a dollar. Even Seiko 5's.
