New addition...PAM 449

Just picked this up in a trade. Missed my old 448 and needed a Rad back in the collection. Still not sold on the dial, but it is growing on me. I think that I still prefer the Cali dials though...

Congrats Raf

I love the SLC dial - it was the very first dial with the Panerai name...

Dial is the best thing about that watch! Looks great on you.

Put that in a 232/249 case with a 6497 motor........it would be a 15k watch.

Thanks all. Sometimes it looks a bit plain, if you know what I mean. However, the clean dial is a welcome change from my other watches. I'll have to see how it plays out. Enjoying it in the meantime.

Big congrats!! So simple yet so bold. The SLC is tops.

As far as it being "plain", it's the clean that's exciting. At the same time, I know what you mean and it's why the 425's gold hands and pig add a bit more visual interest while not taking too much from the original design (IMHO).
