5970G - Strap Colours

Hi all,

Feel very lucky to have picked up a 5970G over the weekend. Absolutely love the watch!
It was in pretty much mint condition but not unworn so I am thinking of changing the strap to make it feel that bit newer and also because I am not really a fan of the chocolate strap the watch came with originally.

I’m thinking about mixing it up and going with the blue-grey strap in the Patek catalogue but am open to ideas... black gloss and even Matt would obviously work but am hoping to be a bit more adventurous. Any cool ideas and/or pics out there?

Appreciate the ideas!

The shiny Patek midnight blue works brilliantly.

I like the idea of the blue grey strap for that one. A navy nubuck croc would look amazing as well.

The chosen strap on the watch actually looks great. Maybe consider just replacing with the same.

The strap isn’t really worn enough to justify getting the same ... and I feel like mixing it up... really am thinking blue grey. Don’t suppose anyone has good photoshopping skills?!

Matt grey or black would look beautiful
