Chicago Botique experience

I recently brought my speedmaster professional moonwatch into the Chicago boutique for a warranty repair. I bought the watch from an jeweler in the Chicago area. Unfortunately the jeweler is no longer an ad.

The hour regester sub dial was no longer resetting to true 0 and was only resetting to about 1/8 of the way between 12 and the 1 hour marker. I'd been putting off the repair since I was enjoying the watch and it was only a hair off.

The people at the Chicago boutique were really nice and I ended up getting the watch back in just under 3 weeks which is much shorter than they quoted (under promise and over deliver). It also seems like a better experience than others have had on the forum.
