Golden Turtle Incoming

Just opened the box from the states (I’m in the UK) bought from a jeweller in NYC from eBay. Luckily no customs and only took 2 days!

Love it. Was cautious about the gold but amazing in real life.

Congrats, its a cool watch.
I like gold divers, although some purists would insist on raw stainless steel.
But its cool to have the 'option' of a different case finish. Its not pretending to be solid gold, everyone knows that its not solid gold, but it does at a warm glowing hue to its visual appearance.

Just like there are different coloured dials, bezels, hands and straps, so too should there be different case finishing options, like gold or black DLC for example.

In the end you buy what you want because it makes you happen, not to buy it for anyone else to please or annoy.

Enjoy

The silicon strap is awesome. Always listed after an emperor tuna with the gold but just couldn’t pull the trigger on the cost.

Looks nice. Congrats. Yes that silicone strap is excellent. Almost feels like sued when you touch it.

Congratulations. This one is on my short list and as soon as I find it at a price I am comfortable with it will be mine.

Is it more like a yellow gold or bronze colored? I thought about getting that if it had that bronze vintage kinda look after it gets all scratched up.

Put mine on an endmill bracelet. Second row, second from right.

Congrats.
