Calling and being nice to the service center has its rewards
I had a few questions about my Rolex so I decided to call the service center and inquire about service records. I was very nice like always and was greatly rewarded. Came home to a package sticking out of the mailbox that was addressed to me of coarse but the sender was unfamiliar. Well upon opening I had the wonderful surprise of a brand new Full model hard cover catalogue with a a hand written letter. I have read in here and other forums about the service center not being nice etc. I can tell you that was not the case at all I think it 100% has to do with radiating positive energy. Great company and this book is really awesome as all the models are in it and they are actually actual size pics which is really cool for comparison.
