Zheng Wang in HK is about as common as Steve Smith in California....

Perhaps some more info/backstory so someone can help you more?

There are ways to protect yourself.
If that buyer is willing to pay with bank wire in full up front, I guess there’s no risk to you.

You run the show.... if he wants to play by your rules, I don’t see why selling to HK is a concern.
