How to remove Tudor snowflake bezel

Guys, is there a guide or simple instructions on how to remove a bezel from a tudor snowflake? Not the insert, the whole thing

Just saw bazís thread on dirty watches and want to check mine as itís oretty old but am a bit nervous to do this as havenít before

Are there any pieces which I may inadvertently lose when the bezel pops off? Is it just a pressure fit you can push back on with your hands?
