That being said and when looking at your collection, clearly you like that look and I think it suits you and is actually very cool.

I can't remember his name but someone else wore his Daytona with a leather strap.

My man.

I thing the watch would look better on a traditional Rolex leather strap as opposed to the bund it was shown on. The PN bund would look better as well. I just think the one it's on looks cluttered. It looks great on the OF as well.

OF for the win here IMO. It's your watch OP, if it makes you happy then you pair it with whatever you like.

The traditionalists on here won't like it, but their opinion matters not.

Anyone have a pic of the Oysterflex Daytona on a traditional leather strap?

Nice to change up the look of a watch, but I always seems to gravitate back toward the factory bracelets

OEM OysterFlex rubber all the way. Your leather strap seems too small for the width of the Daytona.

Mine is on leather but I have a spare rubber.
Rubber allows you to wear it in the water and makes the watch more versatile.

The bund strap. Right up there with the K Car and Nintendo Virtual Boy.

While I generally think Rolex's always look best of OEM bracelets/straps, I do also like a leather strap now and then (just for a change of pace) as much as the next man, but bunds always give me the "Forest Whitaker eye" I'm afraid!

Then again, as they always say, it'd be a boring world if we all liked the same stuff.

I like handmade leather straps, especially on vintage Rolexes, but I am not a big fan of the Bund style straps such as this one.

It is obviously a very well crafted strap, though. You can tell by the quality of the leather and the stitching. It's your watch so wear it however you like.

I'm not a big fan of a bund, but I love the concept of that one with a display hole in the back so that you can view the movement. Never seen that before.

Thanks! I do too. Clearly in the minority, but that’s just fine with me.
