I have an ongoing pm itch. BLRO or?

Looking to scratch my pm itch. I have come back to the BLRO off and on since its release. The awesome pics and threads on here definitely do NOT help my problem

My collection has been in a somewhat stable state for a few years and that's where I like it to be. But my mind keeps wandering.

Appreciate thoughts on what to cull to make the move. Current Rolexes are an EXPII polar and DBlue. I'm keeping the Dblue so EXPII will go. Same function as the BLRO. I will have to let go of either AP 44 SS novelty or FC Diver. My other watches are IWC BP and BP perpetual, a couple Omegas and a PAM 372. Thoughts?
pics of BLRO to push me over the edge?

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. Pretty sure I will have either a BLRO or smurf this year.

I'd let me FC Diver go if you can do so without getting killed on a loss, as well as the PAM... but that's me. Is the EXPII the 40 or 42mm? Not that it really matters, just curious, but I think they are different enough to not automatically put it out due to similar function (Diver and D-blue are in same boat, etc, as well).

I'd say it should come down to what you don't use and I look forward to your incoming.

Not sure on how many pieces you need to push out of the nest to make room, but I'd start with the two Omegas only for the reason that you referred to them as "a couple of Omegas." No model name, nothing. Next would be one of the BP's.

Congrats on the future incoming!

Thanks! I see your point on the Omegas. However I do love one of them. Its a Silver Snoopy speedy. It has really grown on me. The other one is a Seamaster Spectre which I can take or leave. Its fun but I'm not attached to it.

happens to be two of the best omegas

I would go for it. Probably would part with whichever AP gets less wrist time.

Ok my mind is made up and BLRO time it is.

Now, for the hunt. Not too keen on paying anywhere near full list. I'm thinking somewhere in the mid 2's NIB. Plenty of options, including Trusted sellers. I'll try my AD's first and see where I end up but I do not expect to be successful in getting 30-35 off from an AD. I know I can get 20% off on pm's. Possibly 25 and maybe higher from my most frequented. The BLRO does appear to be a slow seller.

Give the Smurf serious consideration.
It's invaded my wrist time and love the understated factor.

do people actually get 30-35% off pm models? I wonder how often this happens. That discount would be killer.
