Must have taken quite a hit to make those dents, like the watch was dropped and bounced.

It looks like someone had clutched the watch thru the strap and used it like a hammer = tapping on a desk or ?

Which is why, no visible crown shoulder damage

It was inspected before the deal is done face to face.
That's when we all realised the dent.
And have a photo taken via a loupe and sent to alex21

I knew you both worked together but i decided to sell it anyway as long as the protocol of transaction was respected. I'm not surprised to hear from you now. You the guy i asked webcam so you can ID me and see the watch but refused visual inspection through webcam. I even offered you to watch me and product through my webcam without activating yours and you declined my offer. True or not?
Regarding the pictures. They were made with my iphone 4s so i could send them to you through whatsapp as well. Not my fault if my iphone 4s couldn't focus that tiny crown. I have no control on focus as your friend pretended it.
Never mind, I suspected long time ago you both worked together and i know one of you knows the truth regarding this crown. You, your friend, your client or else is behind this damage. I'm done.
Lololol.

This is real funny

Unfortunate. But "how" do you snap an image, "via a loupe" when this damage is actually visible to the naked eye?

Anyway.

Quit defending yourself.
I fixed the issue.

I don't need the money. I know what kind of seller you're.

For those who chimed in. Read the entire story.

1. Watch was purchased. Dents was not stated. We agreed to a price. Didn't lowball. It was a reasonable price for used watch and dated almost a year ago.
2. Watch was received. Dent went unnoticed at first. This I agreed is my fault. Because I didn't do proper inspection.
3. Watch Sat in the box for 2 days in my possession.
4. Dent was only found by my client upon a face to face deal here in Singapore after 2 days Photo was taken immediately and sent to alex21. I sent the watch to RSC for replacement. Receipt is posted here.
4. Went back and check all the photos, photos that I have taken to sent to my client upon receiving the watch. Even my client didn't noticed at first via photos I sent.
Went indepth and inspect all photos posted and sent to me via alez21.
We did have a video call prior to the deal but the quality of the video is blurry as hell. So that doesn't count.
Just needed to verify real time that he has the watch.
Requested photos. Those were sent. And weirdly all photos are fine except the one that shows the crown.
5. Ask for a solution to fix the problem. Alex21 refused.
6. Changed my feedback.

That's about it.

Like I said.
For the million time.
I missed out the crown part because I don't expect a dent on the crown as it was told by alex21 it's mint and no dents.
I trusted him in good faith.

You can't find what you're not looking for.

My client managed to spot it upon face to face deal.

He has every right to defend himself, if he really is not at fault. If it's no big deal and you don't need the money then you should have never started this thread. I don't know the seller or the OP, but I'm getting the feeling it was damaged in the buyers possession and someone is trying to take advantage of a new member and seller. Threatening the seller by going on TRF and using your limited feedback, is IMO not cool. Since like you said, it's no big deal to you. I for one did learn whom I'm not dealing with in the future and it's not the seller....

Me: because there were none that much visible. Impossible!
2. Watch was received. Dent went unnoticed at first. This I agreed is my fault. Because I didn't do properly inspection.
3. Watch Sat in the box for 2 days in my possession.
4. Dent was only found by my client upon a face to face deal here in Singapore after 2 days Photo was taken immediately and sent to alex21. I sent the watch to RSC for replacement. Receipt is posted here.
Me: But that photo you stated was taken the very same day you received it pointing out clearly the dents, those dents you never noticed them on your photo that first day...okay.
4. Went back and check all the photos, photos that I have taken to sent to my client upon receiving the watch. Even my client didn't noticed at first via photos I sent.

Me: Should have guide me and i would have done my best to take better shots with camera and send them to you by email. Nobody knew that time what to shoot. You just told me take photos. I did.
5. Ask for a solution to fix the problem. Alex21 refused.
Me: Wrong. I told you. 1. let me check my pics high res. first because i was stunned by the news. You said okay and went right away on TRF changing your comment about me. 2. i offered you a solution to refund you. Was not good solution for you. no problem. I just wanted to understand what happened to this crown. At this point, you went bold threating me if i don't pay you will comment about me. fine. we're talking there now and you're cursing at me on whatsapp. I'm not impressed by your bold attitude kid. I do not care how much references you have. I'm polite with you. i was just trying to understand what happened but you went bold asking me to pay right away or TRF comment. Doesn't work this way with me. I'm honest and stick with the truth.
6. Changed my feedback.
Me: It's okay but i have the right to explain myself as well.

That's about it.
It's not about money, it's about the truth.

I started the thread to have my case make known.
You mean I cannot voice out my feedback?
No solution has come to a positive agreement
So I told alex21 that I am done argument.
It's his words against mine.
Let the mods decide if this should stay or be deleted.

BTW. Read the thread from start. I have shown photos and circle all visible dents in photos (his ads, his blurry photo and my own photos). Like I say. You can only see them when you know what you're looking for.

Lol @ the threatening part. If I cannot post my feedback. What's the point of this sub forum?

Don't worry man. I won't be dealing with you either.
I know where all the great sellers are at.

You took the photo as well and send me, why didn't you spot the dent?
Or did you spot it and purposely took a blur photo and try to mask it away?
I am sure you have the proper camera to take photos given your ad photos?
And none of the photos shows the crown or side cases photo.
I smell a cheat Case here man.
You knew the dent and you didn't point it out.
It doesn't matter if we are professional or not.
The dent is there. You own the watch for a year.
You should know better.
I guess it's pretty clear at this point.

Sending you an invoice shows that I did repair the watch.
Yes. Pay up and it's done as I have done the repair and the watch is back to its normal shape
Is that so hard for you to understand?
Should sellers be able to spot defects upon taking photos?
Highlighting to potential buyers.
I know I would.

My 2 cents.

BTW. Your Webcam quality is probably 240p.
There's no way to inspect. That's why I asked for photos.
All is clear. Except for the crown.
It's off focus.

Alex21, I seriously think there’s something very very wrong with you...
Please use your cow sense and think why should i chip in if what you are saying is true?

Many have dealt with me before and you think we do this to ‘cheat’ you of $150?? Seriously???
I don’t even know who gaoxing is nor have i ever talked or met him before for crying out loud.

I think you should be banned from this forum!

Yes. And for 150 to taint a record of good feedback that most took time to gather?
This is not threatening. This is common sense.

I am not asking for 500 usd for repairs.
I even took a photo of the repair receipt and show that I am fixing the watch.
Alex21 refused and asked me to send back the watch at my cost.
Yes I would if I am living in Canada.
But no. I am living on the other part of the planet.

That is also why I am here to voice my feedback and have the issue sorted by myself as it would make better economical sense.

Sorry alex21 if this was a crappy international deal to both of us.
You didn't do your due diligence to state the watch true condition.
I didn't inspect it properly upon arrival. That's on me. My fault.
So I even ask to split the cost of repair but you refused as well.

So...I guess it is what it is.
