Works for me, and what's more, high explosives are one of the very few things in life that although are packed-in, they don't need to be packed-out, so everyone concerned should be super happy.

The remainder bits of unreachable refuse that have slid hundreds or thousands of feet down onto treacherous, slippery surfaces and/or fallen into crevasses can be designated by lasers and safely removed with air-dropped munitions.
