Correct answer is Rolex will make Submariner always in their collection. Hulk is just green sub. Colors will come and go.

Not sure what Rolex might do, but I know I will be keeping mine forever.

Definitely not.. The sun will become a red giant and swallow the earth, but this is long after life has vanished from earth, if humans and Rolex are still around we would probably have left earth for another planet or even a country-sized space station(s). Rolex or their evolutionary equivalents may well still be in business in this new place but as we have left earth the 24hr day will likely no longer be a thing unless we decide as a species to adhere to that clock. So I guess there is still a chance the 116610LV still might be in production then, doubtful but possible. However, it wont be forever...
With the rapid rate of expansion of the universe, there will eventually become a time when all life will cease. The stars will burn out and no more will form, the universe will enter a new stage, a period of endless barren cold and dark emptiness lasting many many times longer than the brief period in which life was able to exist. .. which makes one wonder, the universe is not about life, given the amount of time that life will/can exist within it versus the length of time a universe exists.. it works out like something like a tiny fraction of a second within a billion years (or something equally as mind boggling). Anyway..back on topic.. If the 166110LV makes it thus far (say another couple trillion years) this is the ultimate time in which the 116610LV will go out of production, way way before forever has even begun...in this universe at least! |

Perhaps, I shouldn't have said "forever." I should have said for the next 5 years or so.
Beautiful photos - I never get tired of seeing Hulk photos. Can't wait until I find one. |

As hinted at before, I'm surprised they gave it to us in stainless as it is! They do seem slightly more "playful" with colors example Airking, and also more willing to make what will sell as opposed to creating scarcity, example two tone sky dweller. These trends bode well for the hulk going forward, but I would expect it to be more collectible than a black subc.
