Can anyone tell me what model this Rolex is?

Hey if you know what model this Rolex is please let me know, here are some more details to help identify it:

It is a ladies Rolex
On the front it says "Rolex"
On the back it says "14K Gold"
On the inside part of the back cover is the Rolex emblem as well as the inscription "EBx87," there is also a date inscribed very small and very faintly which I believe says "10/12/78"
On the mechanics inside the watch it says "17 Seventeen Jeweles Unadjusted"

If it's authentic, it's a Cellini.

To my eye, it certainly looks well constructed enough to be a Rolex, even though I've never seen one like it.

It would help if you took better pictures of it under some good light and much closer to the dial. I can barely read the name on the dial, much less the markings on the back.

Cellinis aren't the most popular Rolex watches on this board, but perhaps someone will know something concrete.

Good luck.
