Excellent write up. I love the look you have with the end links and band, really stunning. I love mine and have worn it daily for the past six weeks. I think it’s a great piece and one of the best Tudors. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Dan!

What a very nice write up, the photos are just fantastic. The link ends are really good, are these from Tudor? Finishes the watch off imho.
This watch and Tudor in general have really picked my interest since joining the forum. The GMT could certainly be a great daily for me. Duel time zones very useful. Will most defiantly be popping to the AD on leave. |

Wow, I'm generally a bracelet guy, but it looks great on that rubber strap! Congrats, Dan, beautiful piece for sure.

A good read, thank you My Tudor GMT is now 2 weeks old on a bracelet. Agree with your report. The watch is easy to wear and has the classic look. Tudor have come up with a winner. Priced very well and puts a smile on your face. Enjoy your GMT

I am very impressed you checked daily to ensure the date changed properly at 5 minutes after midnight.
Congrats! Awesome GMT! |

Excellent photos and great review! Love it on that blue strap. I agree that this works best on straps (at least that was my experience), as the bracelet added a lot of heft to an already heavy Ish piece.
Glad you are enjoying it |

Thanks! The crystal seems to have the best qualities of plex & sapphire combined.

Hey Dan,
Can you post a pic to show how the strap attaches to the end links? Really like this look and am looking to do something similar! TIA |

The end links don't attach, they just sit snugly and securely between the strap end and the case. dP

DP- Lovely watch, I hope you continue to enjoy it!
Can you advise if the case is smaller/slimmer than a Black Bay diver watch? It looks that way, and I always felt the BB was a bit thick for my taste. |

I don't have a BB diver to compare. The bottom edge of the sides on the GMT are chamfered which gives it a slimmer appearance but don't know if it's actually slimmer profile. I happen to like thicker watches and have never had an issue with them. dP

Nice write up Dan. It’s a pretty compelling watch. I’m glad you’re enjoying it as watch to be worn and admired by its owner. Thanks for the strap pointer. Suspect that it will be with you for a while, a long while. As it should.

The GMT has exceeded all expectations and has brought back my passion that was somewhat subdued of late. As I stated before, just like the THC, I find more reason to love it the more it's worn. That's about the best you can expect with a new purchase. dP

I love everything about this watch. It is a beast. Value proposition, aesthetic, vintage but also modern look, accurate in house caliber, everything is so good about this watch.

As an owner of one I have to agree with you in many ways. But I have 3 huge issues with this watch
1) the date issue, which to be fair I have been told can be sorted out. Just requires going without the watch for a while. 2) the bracelet. The riveted bracelets really is a disappointment for me 3) the thickness. I have tiny wrists tbf, the thickness makes it uncomfortable and just far too much. If it was thinner and the original black bay bracelet I believe it’s a 10/10 watch.

So do they work with the original leather strap? Is so, do you have a pic?
