Perfect 3-piece SS collection

Land, Air, and Sea: white ceramic daytona, Oyster Batman, and Ceramic Sub-D

Your thoughts? Was thinking of switching the Batman for a Pepsi but the BLNR is becoming a modern classic: first bi-color ceramic bezel, 6 year production run, and oyster preferred over jubilee. I may rest here

Stay safe everyone.

I like the Land, Air, and Sea combo but unlike many here who would make Daytona Land my trio would be GMT (TT), SUB(LV), and EXP II(POLARRRR)

SS Submariner-C ND, SS BLRO, YG DD. That is the combo that could work for me.

Toss one for a Datejust. I don't understand the obsession around here for multiple lookalike sport models and neither would the general public.

I prefer the SD instead of Sub for my trio

Of course an all black dial variant trio is cool too!

But my personal favorite trio that will always be with me thick and thin is

I’ve also got a hulk, skydweller, ds43 and a sub but I’m reducing down as I think these three are the perfect trio.

If it has to be a Land, Air, Sea combo then:

Land: Milgauss Z-Blue (A sporty Date-just with a ton of character)
- Unbiased Alternatives: Rolex Explorer (36 or 39 depending on your preference), Date-just (again size based on your preference though I prefer 36mm)

Air: 16710 (Best GMT ever made)

Sea: 14060M or 116600
- 14060M is a classic but very similar to the 16710 and also would be older
- 116600 is thicker and heavier but it is a modern Rolex, without going overboard with the fat lugs. You could just rock your land or air watch if you are concerned about the functionality of the watch with formal attire.

Here's where I ended up with my 3 SS collection. Not exactly land air sea, but I wanted variety and each piece is unique and completely different from one another.

Sky Dweller, white dial.
Sea Dweller, black dial.

You don't need a third one.

That’s impressive, feel the overseas is too big for my wrist but on paper I love those 3! And the strap change options

I’m not into the land, air and sea combination. Don’t get me wrong; it is pretty cool, but I just feel like it limits your options.

Plus, in terms SS Rolex watches, I think a Submariner and Datejust is all you need. Throw in a Speedmaster Pro, and you’re all set.
