Rolex 16233 - R serie - Help on dial
Rolex Oyster Datejust - Jubilee Gold Steel - Deep Blue Dial - 36mm
Dear Rolex Forum enthusiast, I have this 16233 R serie on this dark blue metalic dial. Year 1988, caliber 3135. Could you confirm that this watch/dial is legit and not after market as I have never seen that kind of dark blue dial? Thank you a lot for your help. |

Coronet is not straight and it is an unusual shape. I'm not keen on some of the text either but unfortunately it is not as focused / high resolution as I'd wish.
To illustrate the problem with the coronet, draw a line through the dots at the tips of the first and fifth prongs of the coronet. If extended both ways, it will then traverse the middle of XI but hit the top of the I. Box is incorrect, of course. Haywood

Two first posts, two real / fake questions.
These two watches would appear to be being offered by one seller. Do you trust him, or not? In any event, the 12 o'clock end link appears to be deficient....
