Poll 116610/114060 owners (If new slimmer Sub C, are you selling?)

Onwers of a the 116610 and 114060
If Rolex does announces a slimmed (lug size) Suc C for Basal, will you be selling your maxi case?

I think most people with the 116610 enjoy their super cases and its probably a large reason they went for that over a 16610.

I like the slimmer lugs in SD4K and Deepsea; but the lugs in the SD43 is too slim for my taste, I like the maxi lugs in my 114060 much better than the SD43 lugs

*♂️Maxi guy! I have 3 modern day SubC. I don’t think I’d sell/flip any of them. I prefer the fat lugs.

I think I’d hold, but I’d have to see it to be sure.

I wouldn’t as I have the LVc and my guess is if there’s a major change to the Sub the LVC gets discontinued or changed. I’d keep the LVc as I really like the watch.

Most likely no, but I would have to see it in the flesh. Initially did not care for the supercase Subs, but have grown fond of them and wear two regularly.

When on an Everest black strap the larger lugs, etc the 114060 looks just right.

Big, balanced, and solid. JMHO YMMV

I bought my 116610 because I loved it. All of it. It just doesn’t matter what comes out next. I’m not giving mine away....

I’d prefer thin lugs, but not enough for me to see my SubC Date. Not enough of a difference for me based on the mock ups.

I will keep my Sub C Date. If the lugs and case were an issue for me, I would have gone for the 16610LN.

Just my opinion, but I think they are in the minority both in the general population of people buying Subs as well as on this forum. 🤷*♂️
However the minority may be the most vocal. Hehe

I voted to keep my maxi case, but I would look very seriously at getting the first run of a new slimmer version without hesitation. It would be nice to have the first of the slim cg and lugs produced in something like a decade.

I would have thought you would have done a poll for all Subcs, after all it would more than likely affect every variant and would probably start with precious metal versions meaning it could be another two years before it happens with the steel models.
Personally I hated the Subc when it came out but couldn't pass up on the glidelock and chromalight(yes I wear it in bed).I have grown to love the maxi case but certainly would not loose my smurf blue dial for a thinner lugged YG model as it would have the sunburst dial
