Long's Jewelers in Boston
After a bit more than a year's wait, I just picked up my new GMT II "Batman" watch. This model is far more substantial than my old 1982 GMT and therefore well worth the wait. I wanted to champion Dave Lavoie in the Burlington MA store who set realistic expectations from the start and delivered the watch as promised. No hard sell and no requirement to purchase other products.
That said, we've established a good working relationship with Dave / Long's as our jeweler of choice based on their professional approach, willingness to work with new customers, recommendations on Rolex models and necklaces and other services. Too many false starts looking for a jeweler to establish and build a relationship with so this is an unpretentious, skilled, and customer focused jeweler that I recommend without hesitation |
