Want to replace TT Explorer with SS
It's been a while now and I think as much as I feel the TT is better looking, the SS is more versatile. So what I want to do is sell the TT and put myself on a waitlist for the 40 SS, which means they might offer me a 36.
Anyway, I wanted to ask for some opinions as to how to go about it. I'm thinking of selling or consigning to my AD to increase my chance of allocation for the 40. But how much should I ask to net? Say if I consign, they'll probably take 25% cut. Or should I sell to dealer in Moda fb which will give me the most cash? Sent from my SM-G973U1 using Tapatalk |

See what your AD will give you and go from there.

Personally, I would rather wear the watch I think looks better than wear “versatility”.

You might just be bored. I’d add rather than subtract. You already have a purchase history.

AD won't do either. They say it's too new...

Why not post it here in the classifieds and take it from there?

Well, you will take a hit on the TT. One watch which dealers have had available is the TT Explorer. It's a great watch, I would just keep it and add the SS 40 when you can. The two would be quite different.

Are you set on an explorer? You could make a trade with a gray dealer.

I end up selling it in Moda for $8k. Now I just have to wait for my AD to get me the SS one.
