Late to the party!
Took me a while, but my first Rolex is finally here!
A quick and dirty pic.

Congrats on the beautiful explorer!
You say "quick and dirty"? That's a nice photo... I would like to see your definition of a properly PP'd photo

Excellent choice! My personal favorite Rolex ATM and color choice too! Doesn't the 'S' in the coronet mean the crystal has been replaced? I take it you did not buy this watch new?

Congratulations on your first Rolex, Chip. And it's a beauty. Love the EXP II second only to the all black GMT-II. Wear it in good health and enjoy it.

You did not try, you did, and did good too!
Well done Chip on the EXII, it was my first Rolex too I got a white EXII, but looking back, I think I should have got the black dial, I prefer that one. Your photos are great too. |

Hey Chip,
Very nice Chip and don't sweat the clasp. The fliplock didn't appear until a little later on the Explorer II and the GMT Master IIs.I think it actually conicided with the SEL bracelet. An excellent photo BTW. Aaron |

Are we going to get into a fight between Black EXP-II and all black GMT-II again?
