Matte dial paint flaw or damage?

Asking TRF members to evaluate this dial. I like the looks but I'm not a seasoned collector. This is a forever watch for me.

The second photo is my watch with the service dial.

Sorry this was sent from LAWW. That are going to do the service and replace the crown and dial.

Seems like lume is missing from 6 marker but hard to tell.

Is the back of the dial clean? No water damage?

There appears to be a scratch at the upper left side of the coronet which was probably caused by a tool while adjusting the hands. Additionally, the lume for some of the markers appears to be in poor condition.

Above the coronet is dust fluff. It will be much better than the service dial AD put in my watch with out asking me. Just trying to get it back to its original look.

Here is an updated picture. Lume is in perfect shape just some discoloration.
The only flaw is the paint in the R.
