Nothing but mad love for my 5905

About to go out to dinner and as always am waiting on my bride. Grabbed my cell phone and grabbed a few pics.

Really love this piece and the solo diamond is just pure class! I got the optional deployant buckle. This watch is incomplete without it.

How much was the deployant buckle? I'm also thinking of converting but I'm pretty sure I'll talk myself out of it after seeing the price, given that it's platinum (and a Patek).

About the deployant I think on this model I prefer the tang as the deployant is a little too dressy for this model, but that's my taste, in any case it is a stunner, anyone know how many grams it weighs? Seems like it weighs a ton in PT

Lapince I was going to get the deployant for mine but after wearing another Patek with a deployant I found that people look at the deployant so if you want to be noticed get one. Also, I've found the pin buckle to be comfortable. The watch is heavy but I wear it everyday so I don't notice.

Deployant is more comfortable for me and more secure. Trying to put on and take off a heavy watch with a tang buckle scares the crap out of me. Easier to drop the watch. My preference is deployant.

I love the blacked out windows in the black version; wish they'd start doing the same across all models.

This model is sweet. Both blue n black. I'm a tang guy if anyone is interested. I find deployants are difficult / uncomfortable for smaller wrists
