Question avout 6263 big red pushers
Anyone knows serial or year for pushers MKI/MKII/MKIII ?
It looks like between years 79-80-81 both MKII and MKIII were present... Im not sure .. any idea ?

I'm sure others with more expertise can confirm, but from my research the general consensus of the transition years from MKII to MKIII pushers were around 1980/81, with both types of pushers considered period correct.

Finally back in this club with my 6.0 million full set. It's not perfect, but an excellent honest example. The 6263 is such a stunning reference, white or black dials. (I've now had both.)

According to the Rolex price guide and guarantee paper, this watch sold for $995 when it was originally bought at Slavick's Jewelers in Southern California in January 1982. Needless to say, I paid slightly more.

Thanks! Here's a couple more photos, including one taken while it was being serviced at LAWW.

I love how these silver/cream dials change depending on the light. There's a slight sunburst iridescence in sunlight, but then it looks ivory in more muted light. While the black dials are beautiful too, there's something extra special about the silver dials.
