There typically is a cartouche (representing the maker) and a 2 or 3 digit number (caliber) on the plate below the balance staff.
Can you get a closer picture of that area?

Here is an image of a valjoux 23. with the cartouche and caliber #.

At first i thought it was valjoux 22 but there is no marking on balance staff. That is why I need an expert opinion. By the way i love your movement and thanks for your input.
