Fr. John surgery update
As many of you know, Fr. John had surgery on his right leg on Tuesday as a result of the fall he had recently. I was able to speak with him a few minutes ago and I'm pleased to report that he said he is doing well all considered. His doctors feel that the surgery went well and while he has been in a great deal of pain, he is feeling better today.
Unfortunately he is not able to access TRF at Piedmont Hospital (ATL). Therefore, he is is not able to visit with us. Please continue to keep John in your thoughts and prayers, Bill P. |

OK, guys, be careful what you say about me.
I was moved to a rehab facility this afternoon and the firewall here does not block TRF so I am back on line. The plan is for me to be here for a few days so that I can learn to do a few things for myself before going home. The doctors say the my right leg will be non-weight bearing for 2-3 months but ultimately I should be back on two feet. Needless to say, I have not had much fun over the past two weeks. I have really missed the TRF gang. Thanks for all the prayers and good wishes. Fr. John+ |
